Well here is the painting I acquired at the now closed Mabry Auction house.  I saw the painting the previous night at Mabry's, but it didn't sell, so I wrote down the name and did some research on GW Waters.  Waters is one of the artists in the 2nd Hudson River School of artists.

A recent work of his at auction was Arnot Mill which sold for almost $15,000. This picture (if authentic) is *probably* worth in the range of $3,000 to $5,000 based on size, subject, and condition.. however, this is just an unconfirmed guess on my part.
