Ulap Sutti

Welcome! My name is Ulap Sutti. Paul asked me to introduce myself to you. I'm a Natural origin Blaster on City of Heroes. I use Ice as my main power set with Fire as secondary power set.  I have the ability to hover and fly. 

I have several ranged attacks including ice blasts which freeze the bad guys in their tracks. I also have some close combat abilities including 2 fire sword attacks which can deal damage to the bad guys. As well, I have combustion which can deal any villains close by with minor damage.

I spend my time on the Infinity server universe of Paragon City.
