In the house!

All major appliances installed, still need to put in window treatments, but otherwise livable. 

Move In!! Labor Day!!

Finally, after many months the house was ready to move into over the Labor Day weekend. There are still things to replace, like washer &dryer, but the house is livable. New appliances in the kitchen are nice, and the new chair is comfortable and I can watch the 32" LCD TV. 

Update 08/03

Bathrooms now updated with counters, mirrors etc.

Microwave, range, & dishwasher now installed, cabinets complete including new bench to right of the fireplace.

The final week of March has seen the first application of interior paint as can be seen
 in the following photos.  Our contractor, Lynn, advised me that an OK has been given
 to put tile on the fireplace rather than painting it, yay!
